        Abogado, político y militante del Partido Comunista de Chile, ​ que se desempeñó como director general del Servicio de Prisiones​​ durante el gobierno del presidente Salvador Allende. El día 11 de septiembre concurrió a su lugar de trabajo a pesar que se encontraba con licencia médica. El día 12 de septiembre fue detenido y enviado al Regimiento Blindados Nº 2 y luego al Estadio Chile. Ejecutado el 15 de septiembre, su cuerpo aparece acribillado el día 16 de septiembre en las afueras del Cementerio Metropolitano.
