Rosa Elena Morales, secretaria militante del Partido Comunista. El 18 de agosto de 1976, alrededor de las 19:00 horas, fue interceptado el taxi en el que viajaban Rosa Elena Morales junto a Berta Laporte, por un automóvil del cual descendieron tres agentes que las detuvieron. Ambas fueron trasladadas a un recinto de reclusión no identificado, siendo liberada a medianoche Berta Laporte, pero no así Rosa Morales, la cual se encuentra desaparecida hasta la fecha.
