En 2010, la justicia freancesa juzga en ausencia a catorce de los responsables de estas desapariciones. 35 años después del Golpe de Estado y 4 años después de la muerte del dictador, el proceso, integralmente filmado, aclara las circunstancias de los secuestros, torturas y desapariciones de las víctimas, así como sobre el sistema represivo que gobernó Chile entre 1973 y 1990.
