Contra el mitin racista sobre la inmigración no controlada, organizada por los fascistas chilenos del Frente Nacionalista Patria y Libertad, movimiento paramilitar de extrema derecha de ideología nacionalista e integrado en su mayoría por jóvenes. Se formó en 1971 en contra el gobierno de Salvador Allende. Tras el golpe de estado se disolvió, algunos de sus miembros participaron en diversas violaciones de derechos humanos durante la dictadura militar. La rata de la izquierda lleva el simbolo de Patría y Libertad y la rata de la derecha el simbolo del Partido Popular Francés, partido fascista y nacionalista.
