Chapita metálica de forma ovalada y de fondo color rojo. En su interior se observa una estrella en perspectiva. Las bases de la estrella se transforman en una hoz y en un martillo que se juntan en el centro de la imagen. Justo abajo, se leen las siglas "PCE" (pueden hacer referencia al partido comunista Español). Tanto los dibujos como las letras están hechas en color dorado al igual que el reverso de la chapita.
