Decreto N°467. La Junta de Gobierno decreta lo que sigue: teniendo presente que el señor Gunther Seelmann Erlenbach, alemán, llegó a Chile en 1938. Que por Decreto Supremo N°27 se le concedió la nacionalidad chilena. Se comunica que esta persona se encuentra detenida en Isla Quiriquina por ataques e injurias a las FF.AA. de Chile. Se procederá a expulsar del territorio nacional al señor Seelmann.
