Biographical history
Director, guionista y productor.chileno Abandonó el país a los veinte años y se instaló en Francia, donde permaneció entre 1976 y 1983. Estudió cine en la Universidad de París VIII (Vincennes) y en la Escuela de Cine Louis Lumiè. Regresó a Chile como corresponsal extranjero de la Televisión Francesa y de algunos canales norteamericanos. Grabó las protestas contra la dictadura y se adentró en el mundo de la periferia de Santiago.

Registro in-situ al primer punk chileno. Gonzalo Justiniano lleva su cámara a fiestas, calles, disquerías y hasta peluquerías para conocer a la más colorida tribu urbana surgida en dictadura.
