Repujado en cobre confeccionado por Leopoldo Montenegro, hijo de Fresia, durante su reclusión en la Cárcel de San Felipe entre los años 1973 y 1976. El repujado corresponde a la imagen de Jesús de perfil en actitud de oración, posee un marco con listones de madera de 8 mm. y base trasera de cholguán.
