Biographical history

Nacido en Alemania el 2 de agosto de 1932, Pedro Chaskel es uno de los principales precursores del llamado Nuevo Cine Chileno (1955 - 1973). Se nacionalizó chileno en 1952, y realizó estudios de Arquitectura en la Universidad de Chile entre 1951 y 1954.

Cinta 60: JUICIO A LAS JUNTAS EN ARGENTINA, DECLARACIÓN WASHINGTON PÉREZ (23 minutos): Grabación del Juicio a las Juntas, realizado en 1985 en Argentina. El juez entrevista al uruguayo Washington Pérez sobre su detención y permanencia en el centro de tortura conocido como Automotores Orletti.
