Sobre que contenía fotografía de Pinochet. Está hecho de papel kraft y en su extremo superior posee pintado un número 38, así como también, aún conserva la cinta adhesiva que lo mantenía sellado (está abierto mediante un corte en su borde superior). En su zona superior posee un trozo de paño recortado, con una pequeña bandera chilena en uno de sus extremos. Dentro del área del paño hay cuatro círculos celestes de cartulina, y tres parches-curita sobre tres manchas de pintura (rosada, blanca y celeste). Bajo lo anterior, se encuentran ilustradas las instrucciones para introducir un tampón vaginal. Finalmente, en el borde inferior está escrito es colectivo autor de esta obra: "LA COLECTIVA DEL PIANO RAMON CARNICER. godoy + meschi + oyarzun + rueda + zañartu".
