Durante el año 1986, 21 ciudadanos intervinieron sin censura, el afiche oficial de Augusto Pinochet en que éste representando como Presidente de la República. Esos trabajos fueron devueltos estrictamemnte cerrados, los que sólo se han abierto para ser expuestos el 26 de septiembre de 2003 en el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Parque Forestal.
