Nilda Patricia Peña Solari, estudiante fue detenida un día después que su hermano el 10 de diciembre de 1974. Ambos militaban en el MIr, días despupes fueron vistos en el cuartel de la DINA ubicado en calle Irán esquina Los Plátanos, conocido como "Venda Sexy". Nilda Patricia estuvo en dicho recinto hasta el día 11 de diciembre, hasta ser hospitalizada en la clínica Santa Lucía, establecimiento también perteneciente a dicho organismo de seguridad, al padecer hemorragias uterinas, debido a un aborto anterior y agravado su estado por los apremios recibidos. El día 12 fue retornada a "Venda Sexy", siendo sacada luego de allí con destino desconocido, ignorándose su paradero hasta el día de hoy.
