Carlos Lorca, secretario general de la Juventud Socialista y un de los diputados más jóvenes de la Cámara. Posterior al golde de estado fue refundar el partido clandestinamente. El 25 de junio de 1975 fue detenido por la DINA y trasladado a Villa Grimaldi perdiendose su rastro hasta la actualidad. 54 años desde la fundación de las Juventudes Socialistas en 1935 se homenajea a Carlos Lorca como uno de sus integrantes emblemáticos
