Prendedor rectangular de color dorado que en su interior tiene tallada la imagen de José Mendes de Carvalho, mejor conocido como Hoji-ya-Henda, miembro de las Fuerzas Populares de la Liberación de Angola. Sobre la imagen está tallado también "14 de Abril" y bajo ella la frase "Hoji Ya Henda". La fecha corresponde al día de su muerte ocurrida en el año 1968. Lo tallado en en el metal luego fue pintado negro.
