Prendedor metálico de forma irregular, como dos pequeñas banderas solapadas. En la bandera del primer plano se leen las letras "DKP" en color dorado sobre un fondo rojo, estas hacen referencia al "Deutsche Kommunistische Partei", Partido Comunista Alemán. En la bandera que se asoma en segundo plano se pueden ver franjas horizontales de colores negro, rojo y amarillo, correspondientes a la bandera de Alemania. Todo el prendedor esta delineado en color dorado.
