Carta de Amnistía Internacional del Grupo 95 en Bruselas (Bélgica) dirigida al Ministro del Interior, José Miguel Insulza (2002), manifestando la preocupación sobre el caso sin resolver de Reinalda del Carmen Pereira Plaza, que fue interrumpido bajo la ley de Amnistía en la década del 80. Finalmente el Grupo 95 manifiesta el rechazo a dicha ley ya que impide la verdadera justicia en Chile.
